Orders are processed within 24 - 36 hours of receiving payment confirmation (weekdays only).
Once courier has shipped your order, your tracking details will be emailed to you. Be sure to fill in your email address with your order.
We also keep daily tabs on all our deliveries to ensure there are no delays.
Some of our products are shipped directly from supplier/s which means that if you order more than one product at a time, it could happen that the items may arrive on separate dates, in which case we will supply you with all the tracking details.
Shipping takes 2 - 5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Remote areas could take up to 7 days.
Please note that couriers do not process, ship or deliver on weekends or Public holidays. Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a delivery.
All goods must be shipped to a physical address as our courier partners do not deliver to postal addresses.
