Here at dandashop.co.za we want to keep our prices as low as possible, and that includes shipping rates. We currently have a flat shipping rate of R79 on all orders.
We process all orders within 24-36 hours of receiving payment(week days only). Once the courier has shipped your order, we will email the tracking details to you.
We also keep daily tabs on all our deliveries to ensure there are no delays but, if you think delivery is taking too long, please feel free to contact us.
Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier/s which means that if you order more than one product at a time, it could happen that the items might arrive on separate dates and time. If this happens, we will supply you with all the tracking details.
Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Remote areas could take up to 10 days. Please note that the couriers does not process, ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. Please keep this in mind when you are expecting a delivery.
All goods must be shipped to a physical address as our courier partners do not deliver to postal addresses.
