You might have noticed that our rewards program is no longer available and you might be wondering why. Well, over the past 2 years that we have been running with the rewards program, the customer engagement has been very low. We carefully monitored the engagement and felt that it is not a viable solution for our website at the moment, thus we made the decision to cancel the program.
So what does that mean for your rewards points that you have already accumulated?
If you are a subscriber to our newsletter, you would have received an email at the beginning of January to notify you of the cancellation and that you still had time until 31st January 2017 to redeem and use your points. After this date, the points and the program will fall away.
So what is replacing the rewards program?
Currently there are no plans to implement a new rewards system but instead we will be focusing on giving each of our customers great deals on a daily or weekly basis. We will discount items regularly to as low a selling price as we can and we feel this is more value to the the customer than reward points.
